If no material concern is identified, the item can move to the next party in the transaction.

What may be checked

Checks are limited to what can reasonably be assessed from the item received, the available listing or trade details and the applicable service scope.

Verified & protected trades

Protected trades are designed so both collectors send their items to SlabHub first. The items can then be compared with the agreed trade before anything is forwarded.

Visible packaging can be checked.
The contents stay sealed.

What may be inspected

Where reasonably possible, visible packaging, seals, labels, condition and listing details may be compared with what was stated.

What cannot be guaranteed

SlabHub will not open sealed products as part of this service and cannot guarantee the contents inside sealed packaging.

If a potential material issue is identified, the transaction can pause while the available evidence is reviewed under the relevant transaction rules and policies.
