Marketplace · Coming Soon
Buy. Sell. Trade.
More structured.
SlabHub Marketplace is being developed as the transaction side of SlabHub — with clearer buying, selling and trading flows designed around collectors.
The planned trust model
More context around the transaction.
The aim is not to pretend risk disappears. Marketplace is being designed to give collectors a clearer record of what was agreed, what stage a transaction has reached and what happens if something needs review.
Protected payments
Eligible cash purchases are planned to enter SlabHub’s transaction process from checkout.
Protected trades
Both collectors can use one agreed trade flow before either side receives the other item.
Verified
Where available, eligible items can receive an additional practical comparison before forwarding.
01 · Buying
A clearer purchase process.
Marketplace is being designed so eligible purchases move through a visible transaction flow rather than relying only on informal messages and off-platform payment arrangements.
Review the item details, images and seller information.
Eligible cash purchases are intended to enter SlabHub’s protected transaction flow.
Relevant transaction progress is intended to remain visible inside the platform.
Relevant terms, evidence and dispute processes can apply where something goes wrong.
02 · Selling
List clearly. Ship properly.
Seller tools are being designed around clear item details, useful photos, transaction records and visible fulfilment status.
Describe the exact item accurately and provide useful photographs.
The purchase enters the relevant SlabHub transaction flow.
Use suitable packaging and any required tracking or delivery method.
Status and relevant issue handling are designed to remain attached to the transaction.
03 · Protected trades
Neither collector needs to send first.
Protected trades are designed so both sides agree one transaction and route their items through SlabHub before anything is forwarded.
Both collectors confirm the items and relevant transaction terms.
The relevant protection fee and transaction requirements apply.
Neither side receives the other collector’s item first.
Received items can be checked against the agreed trade details.
If materially consistent, items can be forwarded; concerns can pause the transaction for review.
04 · Status & records
Know where the transaction stands.
SlabHub is being designed to keep relevant transaction progress visible so both parties have a clearer record of what has happened and what happens next.
Important context
Protection reduces risk.
It does not remove it.
Marketplace protection features remain subject to eligibility, exclusions, evidence requirements, applicable policies and final launch terms.
Buying, selling and trading through SlabHub are not currently available to the public. Features, protection flows, eligibility and availability may change before release.
Development status
A real product direction.
Not a release promise.
This page describes the current planned Marketplace direction. Public product information will be updated as testing, policies and release plans become firmer.
The SlabHub ecosystem
Marketplace handles the transaction.
Stockroom keeps the collection context.
Two connected products. Different jobs.
