These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SlabHub, including our website, mobile applications, services and features. By creating an account or using SlabHub, you agree to these Terms.

1. About SlabHub

SlabHub is an online marketplace designed to facilitate the buying, selling and trading of collectible items, including sports cards, stickers and other collectibles. SlabHub may also provide Buyer Protection, Trade Protection, SlabHub Verified, messaging, reviews, promotional listings and related marketplace services.

2. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account, protecting login credentials and ensuring that account information remains accurate. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3. Marketplace Transactions

Users may buy, sell and trade eligible collectibles through SlabHub. Users are responsible for ensuring listings are accurate, transactions are lawful, communications are honest and shipping obligations are fulfilled.

4. Listings

Listings must accurately describe the item being offered. Sellers must not use misleading information, hide material defects or list prohibited items. SlabHub may remove listings that breach platform rules.

5. Fees and Payments

Certain SlabHub services may be subject to fees, including Buyer Protection, Trade Protection, SlabHub Verified and promoted listings. Fees will be displayed before payment is taken. Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe.

6. SlabHub Verified

SlabHub Verified is an inspection and forwarding service. It is not a grading service, authentication service, valuation service or investment advice. Participation in SlabHub Verified is subject to the relevant SlabHub Verified terms and policies.

7. Buyer Protection and Trade Protection

Buyer Protection and Trade Protection are designed to reduce risk in qualifying transactions, but they do not eliminate all risks associated with collectible transactions. Coverage, exclusions and claim processes are governed by SlabHub’s applicable policies.

8. User Conduct

Users must act honestly, respectfully and lawfully. Fraud, scams, harassment, misleading listings, false disputes, abuse of protections and attempts to circumvent platform rules may result in restrictions, suspension or account closure.

9. Reviews and Feedback

Users may be able to leave reviews following completed transactions. Reviews should be truthful, relevant and based on genuine transaction experiences.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlabHub shall not be liable for market value changes, future grading outcomes, future resale value, indirect losses, consequential losses, user-to-user conduct or carrier-related losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.

11. Privacy

Use of SlabHub is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using SlabHub, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed in accordance with that policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
